When you shop with us, you’re confirming that:

2. Our Products
a. Descriptions
We do our best to show and describe products as clearly as possible. But hey, we’re human—so once in a while, there might be a small error or color variation.
b. Orders
Once you place an order, we’ll do our best to get it out to you ASAP. We might have to cancel an order occasionally (like if something’s out of stock or seems suspicious), but we’ll always let you know.
c. Payments
All payments are securely processed via Xendit Payment Gateway. Don’t worry—your card info is safe, and we don’t keep any payment details on file. Skinderella & Co. uses Secure Socket Layering (SSL) which ensures the safety of your personal information and management does not share customer information to any external party (except the courier).
3. Shipping & Delivery
We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 6 PM (excluding public holidays). If you place an order outside of those hours—like on a weekend or holiday—it’ll be processed and dispatched on the next business day.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Please keep in mind that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the courier service.
Delays can happen (thanks, weather, customs, or courier hiccups 😅), but we’ll always do our best to keep you informed and assist if anything seems off.
4. Returns & Refunds
We totally get that shopping for skincare online can be tricky—but to keep things safe and hygienic for everyone, we don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time.
That means we can’t offer refunds for:

We want all our customers to receive fresh, untouched products, and this policy helps us maintain that standard. 💫

5. Promotions & Discounts
We love a good deal—who doesn’t? From time to time we’ll run special offers or discount codes. Just keep in mind that promos may have expiration dates and might not be combined with other offers unless we say so.
